Staplehurst Manor Care Home

Staplehurst Manor Care Home provides residential accommodation for up to 30 older people requiring nursing and personal care. At the time of inspection, 21 people were living in the service, each with their own room across three floors.

The home had implemented effective infection control procedures for visitors. All visits were by appointment only, with face-to-face visits permitted for single visitors who provided negative rapid COVID-19 tests. The service also facilitated window visits as an alternative, particularly when multiple visitors attended, and had purchased mobile phones to enhance these interactions.
