The home provides personal care and accommodation for up to four people in a single-storey adapted building in a residential area. At the time of inspection, four people were living there. Staff consistently wore appropriate personal protective equipment throughout the home, and all visitors completed health screening forms, temperature checks, and were provided with face masks and hand sanitiser access. One person confirmed that staff wore PPE during support with washing and dressing, and that they received visitors in the garden. The home maintained individual risk assessments for each person reflecting their visiting arrangements, and both residents and staff participated in regular COVID-19 testing. All staff had received training appropriate to their roles and for COVID-19 management, and reported feeling fully supported by the provider.
