Inspectors found medicines were not always managed safely, with errors not addressed promptly and medical advice not always sought. Governance was weak, with ineffective audits and incomplete care plans. Staff were kind and attentive, and people and relatives spoke positively about consistent, caring support, though staff training and supervision were not fully up to date.
