Twyford House

Twyford House provides personal care to up to 70 people, primarily older adults, across four living units in a purpose-built building. At the time of inspection, 51 people were using the service.

Residents reported feeling safe, with systems in place to identify and report care concerns. The building was clean, hygienic, and well maintained throughout. Staff received appropriate training and supervision, and people's health was promoted through safe, timely medication administration. Residents had prompt access to health services when needed and were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives.
