Twyford House

Twyford House provides personal and nursing care for up to 70 adults, including people living with dementia. At the time of assessment 47 people were using the service.

The CQC found the home overall Good, with people feeling safe and well cared for by knowledgeable staff who treated them as individuals. Some shortfalls were noted, including missed notifications of alleged abuse, care plans not always updated to reflect changing needs, and some best interests records lacking detail. Managers showed strong oversight and a clear focus on continuous improvement.
