Zetland Court

Zetland Court is an adapted five-floor property in Bournemouth providing care, nursing and support for up to 70 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 53 residents were living at the home, with access via stairs or lift.

Residents reported feeling safe and happy with the care they received. One person said, "The best thing about it all is when you go to bed at night, you know you are safe." Staff supported people to maintain contact with loved ones and kept them informed about changes affecting their daily lives. The registered manager and staff communicated openly with residents about infection control and safety concerns, helping people express their worries and fears. This openness enabled residents to live well. Safe practices were in place for welcoming visitors to the home.
