The CQC found the home overall Good, with an outstanding rating for caring. Care plans were detailed and person centred, medicines were managed safely, staff were well trained and supported, and safeguarding and governance arrangements worked effectively.

Inspectors found staff went beyond expectations to support people and their families, with professionals and relatives praising the standard of care highly. No significant shortfalls were identified, and the registered manager was described as confident, well supported and proud of the team.
