Grosvenor Lodge

Grosvenor Lodge is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 31 people over 65, including those living with dementia. The CQC found the service was performing well overall, with capable management, good oversight and effective systems in place. Previous concerns had been resolved, and inspectors found no ongoing breaches of regulations.

Staff were described as kind and knowledgeable about people's needs, with strong retention and morale within the team. People and relatives spoke highly of the care, feeling safe and involved in decisions. Care plans were personalised, activities reflected individual interests, and the home maintained good links with the local community.
