Yews Hill / North Rise

Yews Hill/North Rise provides accommodation and support to people with learning disabilities across two adjoining houses. The service, part of Bridgewood Trust, a charity providing residential and day services for people with learning disabilities, was supporting 14 people at the time of inspection.

The service continues to provide individualised support tailored to each person's needs, with careful attention to minimising risks. Staff receive training and support that enables them to work effectively in their roles, helping people to achieve positive outcomes and maintain their wellbeing.
