Bridge House

Bridge House, in Kirklees, provides accommodation with nursing or personal care for people with a learning disability and autistic people. Two people were receiving personal care at the time of the assessment, and the CQC rated the service Good overall.

Inspectors found staff supported people to build independence, such as cooking, cleaning and laundry, and care plans were person-centred, reflecting people's preferences and goals. Staff were recruited safely and felt well supported, and people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, with good access to the community and health professionals.
