Compass Care - South Park

This residential care home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 10 people, including those with sensory impairments and learning disabilities. At inspection, all 10 places were occupied, and the provider also operated a domiciliary care agency supporting one additional person. Staff supported people with maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches and acting in their best interests. Care records were person-centred, reflecting individual needs and risks to enable safe support. Staff adapted their communication styles to meet each person's needs and actively engaged with them, providing information in adapted formats where required. People were consistently given choices regarding their care, support, and daily activities.
