Langdale House

Langdale House accommodates up to eight people with learning disabilities, with seven residents at the time of inspection. The premises are clean, hygienic and tidy, with staff assigned daily cleaning responsibilities and handwashing and sanitising points positioned throughout the service. All staff wear face masks and demonstrate good understanding of personal protective equipment use. Visitors undergo thorough screening including temperature checks, oxygen level monitoring, and completion of a screening questionnaire.

The service displays signs and updates in easy read format throughout, providing clear information on handwashing routines and correct PPE use. Staff follow these protocols consistently to maintain hygiene standards and support residents' wellbeing.
