Wrawby Hall Care Home provides residential care for up to 34 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 30 residents were living at the home. The home employed sufficient numbers of skilled, competent staff who understood safeguarding procedures and kept people safe from avoidable harm.

Staff had assessed risks to residents and implemented appropriate measures to address them.

Residents received personalised care based on thorough assessments of their individual needs and preferences. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, working in the least restrictive way possible and always acting in residents' best interests.
