Southfield House

Southfield House provides care and support to younger adults and adults with mental health conditions, currently supporting 14 people. Staff maintain a consistent approach to supporting residents, who reported feeling safe at the service. People are protected from harm and abuse through staff who can identify and report safeguarding concerns. Relatives and health professionals gave positive feedback about the care provided. Medicines are administered appropriately to residents.
