During the inspection, inspectors reviewed progress on previously identified concerns, including issues with staff conduct that had been reported as overly bossy by residents, inadequate fire drill procedures that left people unprepared for emergencies, and weaknesses in the governance systems for quality and safety monitoring. The home had taken action to address the staff conduct concerns. However, the governance failings from the previous inspection had not been adequately picked up or resolved, continuing to present risks to residents' safety and wellbeing.
