Jonathan House

Jonathan House provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, or additional needs. At inspection, seven people were receiving support at the service.

The home is designed to enable people to live full, meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Staff provide planned, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, helping people achieve the best possible outcomes in their daily lives.
