This residential care home accommodates up to 15 people requiring personal care. The converted building spans three floors with two communal lounges, a dining room in the conservatory, and access to a garden area. At the time of inspection, all 15 places were occupied.

The home had made significant improvements since the previous inspection. Infection control procedures had been strengthened, staffing levels had been reviewed and increased, and quality assurance processes had been enhanced. People felt safe living at the home, were protected from abuse, and had their individual risks assessed and planned for appropriately.
