Residents reported feeling happy and safe, with one person noting, "There are always staff around and it feels very safe."

Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge and manage risks effectively, involving people in decisions about their own care. The home supports maximum choice and control for residents, with staff implementing the least restrictive practices in people's best interests. Staff have received appropriate training and work within an open culture where concerns can be raised freely. Residents, families and staff spoke highly of the management, with one person describing it as "very well run" and highlighting that "the best thing is the staff."
