Ersham House Nursing Home

Ersham House Nursing Home is a purpose-built care home with nursing that accommodates up to 40 people, supporting adults with nursing care needs. Some residents also live with mental health disorders and dementia. At inspection, 22 people were living at the service.

The registered manager has brought consistent leadership since taking post, and the provider's quality assurance and governance systems have improved as a result. However, some areas of care delivery and documentation still require development and better embedding into everyday practice, particularly relating to food and fluid records, oral health, and record updating.
