Woodley House Limited

Woodley House comprises three separate buildings on one site and provides personal care for up to 20 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. At the time of inspection, 18 people were using the service. The home demonstrated strong infection prevention and control measures, with PPE readily available for staff and appropriate cleaning schedules in place across all buildings. Movement between the three buildings was restricted to reduce transmission risks, and people requiring isolation were properly supported. The registered manager had arranged whole home testing and sought healthcare professional guidance when residents were unable to consent.

Staff had completed infection prevention and control training reflecting current best practice guidance. The home ensured residents maintained contact with loved ones through video calls, and relatives were regularly informed of any service changes by the registered manager.
