Clifton View Care Home

Clifton View Care Home is a purpose built care home over three floors, providing personal care to older people and people living with dementia, including short stay reablement beds run with a local NHS provider. At the time of assessment it supported 67 people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, an improvement from its previous requires improvement rating, with earlier breaches around safe care, staffing and governance now resolved.

Inspectors found strong leadership from a newly appointed registered manager, who had embedded improvements and built a positive staff culture. Staffing levels and skills were sufficient, safety risks were well managed, and the home had been refurbished with an updated call bell system. People and relatives felt safe, well cared for, and confident raising concerns.
