Woodley Grange

Woodley Grange provides personal care to 40 residents aged 65 and over, some living with dementia. People feel safe at the home and are placed at the centre of the service. Inspectors received consistently positive feedback from residents, their relatives and health professionals, with people receiving excellent care tailored to their individual needs that is personalised and responsive.

Staff at the home understand residents' needs and support them in an exceptionally personalised way. Care is provided respectfully and sensitively, taking into account people's different preferences and circumstances.
