Woodlands Residential Care

This large Victorian house in the Netherley area of Liverpool provides long-term care for elderly residents, with thirty-one en-suite bedrooms. At inspection, seventeen residents were living in the home. Staff were observed engaging residents in activities, including preparing for a social event while maintaining safe practices and appropriate social distancing. Residents could move freely around the home and were able to spend time with visitors, who could pre-book on-site visits and meet residents in their rooms. The home also offered extensive gardens for outdoor visits when weather permitted, with unrestricted visiting times. The service monitored vaccination status among residents and staff and carried out risk assessments for those with exemptions.
