Staff demonstrated clear understanding of safeguarding procedures and could describe appropriate actions to take if they suspected harm or abuse. Environmental safety checks were robust and in place.

All residents spoken with reported feeling safe at the home, with adequate staffing levels ensuring timely responses to call bells. Health and wellbeing risks were appropriately assessed and regularly reviewed. Staff recruitment followed safe selection procedures, and medicines were managed appropriately.
