Arncliffe Court Care Home

Arncliffe Court Care Home provides accommodation and support for adults of all ages, including people living with dementia, across several units. Following a repeat inspection, the CQC rated the service inadequate overall and it remains in special measures, with ongoing breaches of legal requirements around safe care, medicines, consent and governance.

Inspectors found risks were not always well managed, some bathrooms were unclean, and bedroom doors did not close properly in a fire. Care plans lacked detail, activities were limited, and leaders had not made the necessary improvements. Staff were kind, but feedback from people and relatives was mixed, with concerns about call bells, personal care and management.
