Woodland Villa Care Home

Woodland Villa provides nursing and residential care to up to 53 older people, including those with physical disabilities. At inspection, 42 people were using the service. The home had identified and recorded risks for each person, with care plans detailing individual needs and preferences.

The service was fully staffed with no vacancies and was not using agency staff. Staff recruitment procedures were robust, and there were sufficient staff to support residents. People told inspectors they felt safe with staff, and systems were in place to help protect people from abuse.
