Parkwood House

Parkwood House accommodates up to 45 people across three floors, many of whom live with dementia or have physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 36 people were using the service. The home is situated in a cul-de-sac position directly opposite a level access park with a café. The service has a registered manager overseeing operations.
