Woodland View

Woodland View is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care to a maximum of 60 people, with 47 residents at the time of inspection. The home supports older people, younger adults, people with physical disabilities, and people living with dementia across four separate units, each with its own dining rooms and lounges. One unit specialises in dementia care.

Potential risks to people were being effectively assessed and mitigated, with care plans and risk assessments kept up to date and regularly reviewed to ensure the service maintained accurate information about each resident's needs.
