Woodland Court Residential Home

Woodland Court is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 30 people aged 65 and over, some living with dementia. The home is arranged over three floors with lift access throughout.

People felt safe at the home. Systems protect residents from abuse, and staff demonstrated awareness of how to identify, prevent and report concerns. Adequate staffing levels keep people safe, and emergency plans are in place. Staff showed enthusiasm for their work and genuine care and understanding for the people they supported. Residents were supported by staff who knew them well.
