People felt safe at the home. Systems protect residents from abuse, and staff demonstrated awareness of how to identify, prevent and report concerns. Adequate staffing levels keep people safe, and emergency plans are in place.

Staff showed enthusiasm for their work and genuine care and understanding for the people they supported. Residents were supported by staff who knew them well.
