Croft Manor Residential Home

Croft Manor Residential Home provides personal care for up to 28 older people, some of whom live with dementia, and is situated in the centre of Fareham. At inspection, the home was supporting 22 residents.

Inspectors identified shortfalls in the environment, risk assessment, and end of life care planning. While the manager outlined plans for improvements, records did not clearly detail how and when these would be implemented. Infection control processes had been strengthened and the home was clean, though further work was needed in some areas.
