About Woodhouse Hall

Woodhouse Hall is a residential care home in Leeds providing support for people with learning disabilities and autism. Details of the Care Quality Commission's most recent inspection findings are set out below.

Woodhouse Hall supports up to 19 people with learning disabilities and autism, some of whom have mental health needs. At the time of inspection, 18 residents were living there. Staff respected people as individuals and supported them to engage in activities and develop new skills, ensuring people had maximum choice and control over their lives while using the least restrictive approaches.

Most risks to people's care were assessed with actions in place to manage them. The manager addressed safety and maintenance issues with the premises promptly to reduce risks. While medicines were generally administered safely, some specific areas required improvement.
