Dolphin Lane is a residential care home in Leeds providing accommodation and personal care for people living with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, the home supported 15 people. The home demonstrated strong COVID-19 safety measures, requiring visitors to complete risk assessments and temperature checks on entry.

Staff received PPE competency checks to ensure they could properly don and doff protective equipment. Easy read information was prominently displayed throughout the home to help residents understand important information in an accessible format.
