The Lawrence

The Lawrence is a residential care home in Wakefield, supporting up to 14 younger adults, some of whom are living with a learning disability and/or autism. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that people received care in line with "right support, right care, right culture" principles.

Inspectors found staff knew people's needs well and provided person-centred, safe care, with enough staff available to meet needs. Feedback about staff was positive, care plans reflected changes in people's health, and the service worked in line with the Mental Capacity Act.
