More comprehensive guidance and documentation were needed to strengthen safeguarding procedures. Inspectors also identified concerns regarding infection prevention and control standards, particularly in kitchenettes and bathroom areas, though the provider took prompt action to address these issues. Medicines were predominantly managed safely and administered as prescribed, though some areas for improvement were noted.
