Wood Green Nursing Home

People felt safe, with risk assessments in place for all residents and safe recruitment practices in operation. Staff had received regular training tailored to residents' needs, and medication was managed well with good hygiene practices preventing infection spread.

Health and care needs were properly assessed when people moved into the home. Residents enjoyed the food provided, and the home maintained standards that supported their wellbeing and safety.
