The Willows Nursing Home

The Willows accommodates up to 48 people across two floors, providing nursing care and personal support. The ground floor serves people with general nursing needs, while the first floor supports people living with dementia, each with dedicated communal areas. At inspection, 38 people were using the service.

The home was developing systems to better monitor care quality and ensure records accurately reflected residents' needs. While the registered manager demonstrated commitment to improvement and had an improvement plan in place, these systems were still being embedded and required further time to become fully effective in driving enhancements across the home.
