Delves Court Care Home

Delves Court Care Home provides nursing and personal care to up to 64 people, including those with dementia. At inspection, 55 people were using the service. Inspectors found that protection from harm was inconsistent, with systems failing to effectively assess and monitor risks to people's health, safety and welfare. Staffing levels were sometimes insufficient, leaving people without timely care or support. Nursing care needs were not always met by registered nurses.

People received meal choices and drinks as required, though some did not receive adequate support to manage weight loss. Staff providing support had received training, though the quality of this support varied among residents.
