Wolfeton Manor

Wolfeton Manor is a care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 31 people, including older people and those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 24 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding safeguarding processes robust, staffing levels sufficient, and staff knowledgeable and confident in protecting people from harm.

Some inconsistency in risk recording was noted, though the manager acted quickly to address this.

People and relatives spoke highly of the care, describing staff as kind and approachable, with plenty of activities on offer. Inspectors found people were treated with dignity, involved in decisions about their care, and supported to maintain their independence. Health professionals also gave positive feedback about the service's responsiveness.
