Wolborough Court is a residential care home providing personal care to 23 people aged 65 and over in one adapted building, with capacity for up to 25 residents. The service supports people to have maximum choice and control of their lives, using the least restrictive approaches possible. Staff have worked to maintain adequate staffing levels despite experiencing challenges with recruitment and staff turnover.

The provider is actively recruiting and has successfully brought on additional staff since inspection to ensure people's care and support needs are met promptly.

The home provides safe care to residents. One person said, "Oh yes, I feel safe here," while a relative commented, "I am extremely happy with the care provided by Wolborough Court in respect of my mother. " Risk management measures are designed to be as least restrictive as possible, protecting people's freedom while keeping them safe.
