Residents felt safe and valued their relationships with staff, with one person describing the home as "amazing." Inspectors observed positive interactions and close bonds between residents and staff members. The service had robust safeguarding systems in place, with staff trained to identify and report concerns. Governance arrangements effectively monitored service quality and safety, while sufficient staffing levels enabled staff to provide high-quality care. Risk management, medicine management, and infection control practices were all sound, and the service environment was well-maintained.
