Staff know residents well and deliver care tailored to achieve good outcomes, treating people as individuals with understanding of their backgrounds, personal likes, dislikes and health needs.

The home has made improvements to person-centred care planning since the last inspection, with records now individualised and reflecting each person's needs and preferences. Risk guidance helps staff support people to reduce avoidable harm. Residents are supported to have maximum choice and control in their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approach possible.
