Wisden Court

Wisden Court is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal care to 54 people. Most residents were happy with the care and support they received, describing staff as kind, friendly and attentive to their needs. However, opinions were mixed about staffing levels and choice over care timing, with six of the twelve residents spoken to reporting they sometimes had to wait for support.

Staff felt there were sufficient numbers to provide person-centered care and would be comfortable having relatives live at the home. They were trained and felt supported in their roles. Residents felt safe overall, and staff demonstrated awareness of how to promote safety in most cases.
