Julians House

This service provides accommodation and personal care for seven people with learning disabilities and autism. Staff and residents enjoy warm, relaxed relationships built on trust and mutual understanding. Staff demonstrate clear knowledge of each person's individual needs and support them to feel safe.

Residents live in a close family environment. COVID-19 restrictions had temporarily limited their community access, creating some tensions within the home. However, the staff team recognised this impact and worked closely with individuals to help ease these difficulties.
