Jubilee Court

Jubilee Court is a residential care home supporting up to 91 older people, including those living with dementia, in a purpose-built facility. At inspection, 88 people were using the service.

People were supported safely in most cases, though some areas required further development. These included correct positioning during eating and a consistent approach to falls risk management and monitoring. Medicines were managed safely with accurate records and consistent use of recording systems. Infection control practices were established and staff understood their responsibilities, though inspectors identified occasions when staff were not wearing masks correctly.
