Inspectors found caring, compassionate staff who had built strong, trusting relationships with people and their families, offering personalised support with dignity and respect. People felt safe and well cared for, were supported to maintain their health, and were encouraged to take part in activities and engage with their local community. Staff interactions observed were positive and attentive to individual needs.
