Holly Park Care Home

Holly Park Care Home is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 43 older people, many of whom live with dementia or other mental health conditions. At inspection, 15 people were using the service. The provider had taken action to address previous medicine management breaches, though improvements were still needed in protocols for 'as required' medicines, cream management, and medicine storage. The home has been recommended to include these issues in monthly auditing.

People told inspectors they felt safe, with risks to health and safety assessed and reviewed regularly. Staff understood how to protect people from abuse, and sufficient staffing was available to meet needs. The home was clean with systems in place to minimise infection spread.
