Cranbourne House

Cranbourne House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 8 people with a learning disability and autistic people. At the time of inspection, 5 people were using the service. The home supports residents in accessing respect, equality, dignity, and choices while promoting independence and connection to local communities. Staff work to ensure people have good access to the support and care they need to live fulfilling lives.
