Willows Lodge Care Home

Willows Lodge Care Home provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 70 older people, including those living with dementia and those needing palliative care. It has three units catering for different needs, and at the time of the assessment 64 people were living there.

Inspectors found the service had made significant improvements since the previous inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations. Risks were now properly assessed and managed, care plans guided safe practice, and management had put effective oversight systems in place. People and relatives spoke positively about the kind, attentive staff and their quality of life at the home.
