The Coach House

The Coach House is a residential nursing home in the local community, supporting up to 13 older people, younger adults and people with a physical disability or sensory impairment, across three floors with individual rooms and shared communal areas and gardens.

Inspectors found the home was performing well and rated it Good overall. Previous concerns about safe care, staffing and governance had been resolved, with better oversight, training and recruitment checks now in place. Staffing levels were sufficient, medicines were managed safely, and people and relatives described staff as kind, attentive and genuinely caring.
