Grays Court

Grays Court is an 87-bedded residential service in Grays providing accommodation, personal care and nursing care for older people and those living with dementia across two floors. At inspection, 75 people were using the service. A relative praised the staff, saying "Staff are excellent. They have genuine concern for the residents well being. The manager is approachable, and I have no concerns."

Care is planned and delivered to ensure people's safety and welfare, with staff receiving appropriate training to support residents effectively. The service maintains safe infection control systems and follows secure medicine procedures. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way and in residents' best interests.
