Carolyne House

Carolyne House provides accommodation for up to 53 people living with dementia and those needing nursing and palliative care, across two floors with communal areas. This was a follow-up assessment, and the CQC found the home had made improvements, now meeting expectations across the board.

Inspectors found care was planned and delivered safely, with enough well-trained staff and safe medicines management. The registered manager had good oversight and encouraged a culture of learning. People and relatives spoke warmly of kind, compassionate staff, and care plans reflected individual preferences and interests.
